This is a superb Black and White Press Association Photo approx 9.5" x 7" which was boldly Hand Signed by the former Kent and England Test Cricketer. Born Leslie Ethelbert George Ames he was an outstanding Wicket keeper and Batsman who died in 1990. In Wisden's Obituary for 1991 it described him as the Greatest Keeper of all time. He played in 47 Tests including the Bodyline Series.
