This is an Outstanding Hand Signed Mount which was made available by the late Princess's Aides at Kensington Palace. A former Scottish Soldier sent the Colour 10" x 8" Photo to the Palace on the instruction of Diana whereupon she had it placed onto a Mount which she Signed and Dated 1996 the year before her Death and the year of her Divorce from Prince Charles. The Soldier's Christian name was Inscribed at the top of the Mount but has been obscured by the current Treble Mount of Ivory with Black and pale Pink Inners. There is a Gold Plaque incorporated which reads simply Princess Diana. The Overall size of the Brown Frame is 23.5" x 17.5". Whilst we do take every care when Packing our Framed items by Taping up the Glass and using plenty of Bubble Wrap etc, occasionally a glass may get damaged due to mis-handling by Royal Mail Staff. We cannot accept responsibility for something out of our control and a good Framer will only charge £2 to £3 to replace a glass should it get broken.
