Eyal Berkovic born 2 April 1972 in Regba) is an Israeli former footballer. He played as an attacking midfielder and a playmaker. He is a member of the Israeli Football Hall of Fame. Berkovic is known for his temperament. He has had several clashes with team-mates, most notably the Israeli footballers Reuven Atar and Eli Ohana, Kevin Keegan (his manager when at Manchester City), and Welsh striker John Hartson.
