This is an In Person Signed White Card 5.5" x 3.5" by the English Actor Miles Anderson (born 23 October 1947) is an English actor. He was born in 1947 in Rhodesia, now Zimbabwe. Educated at Prince Edward school, his father commanded the Rhodesian Army in the pre UDI days. He has appeared in ITV's Ultimate Force as Colonel Aiden Dempsey. He had previously played Lt. Col. Dan Fortune (this time a Regular "green" Army officer) in ITVs Soldier Soldier (series 1 and 2 only, 1991-92). He was awarded the 1982 London Critics' Circle Drama Theatre Award for Best Supporting Actor of 1981 for his performances in The Twin Rivals and The Witch of Edmonton. His numerous performances for television include Fall of Eagles, Z Cars, The Sweeney. Campion, House of Cards, Oliver's Travels and Holby City. Anderson has also appeared in two episodes of Midsomer Murders entitled "Death In Disguise" and "Last Year's Model". Most recently he was seen as Major Marchbanks in the BBC adaptation of Philip Pullman's The Ruby in the Smoke and he appeared in 2007 in the sixth series of the crime-drama Waking the Dead. In 2008, he made a brief appearance as Edward Tunstall in the BBC's flagship soap, EastEnders. He is an associate member of RADA. Miles is also the father of actor Joe Anderson and Max Anderson the World 2006 and 2009 Streetboard Champion. in 2009, he also narrates the popular New Zealand documentary TV program The Lion Man. He also appeared in an episode of 'A Touch Of Frost' broadcast on ITV. In the summer of 2010, Miles will be appearing as the titular character in The Madness of George III by Alan Bennett (which was made into the film The Madness of King George in 1994) mounted by renowned director Adrian Noble at San Diego's Old Globe Theatre. He currently lives in Los Angeles, USA.
