Prices include VAT charged at 20%.

Next day delivery to recipients in the UK is normally possible if the order is received by midday on the day before the date of delivery. However if we are out of the office we may not be able to provide this service. Before an order please ring our office number to confirm that we can provide next day delivery. If not, then the order will be shipped within 2/3 days.

Deliveries will not be made on Sunday or UK public holidays. As the delivery is done by the Royal Mail we are governed by their services.

Our delivery charges for photos, mounted autographs and cards are as follows:- £4 - for 1st Class recorded delivery, and £3 for 2nd Class recorded delivery in the UK and N Ireland and £8 - for special (next day) Delivery in the UK and N Ireland. For all Overseas shipping it will be £12 - for international "to be signed for".

All products are subject to availability.

In the unlikely event that a product is received damaged please notify us within 24 hours of Delivery either by phone or e-mail.

If for any reason a customer is not happy with the goods received please contact us within 24 hours of delivery either by phone or e-mail and a full refund will be given following return of the item in the same condition it was sent out.
